LA Sparks Announce $150M Training Facility in El Segundo

The Los Angeles Sparks have unveiled plans for a 55,000-square-foot, $150 million training facility in El Segundo, marking the largest single-team investment in women’s sports history.

Designed by Gensler and managed by Transwestern’s Sports & Entertainment Group, the state-of-the-art complex will feature two regulation courts, wellness and recovery spaces, and the WNBA’s first indoor-outdoor player sanctuary.

Set to open in 2027, the project reinforces El Segundo’s growing status as a premier destination for professional sports and innovation, already home to major organizations like the Lakers, Kings, and LA Times.
