Sean Spear is a strategist, creative thinker, and high-energy leader who believes the best work begins with the right people. After more than a decade in commercial real estate — including years helping lead one of the nation's top tenant representation firms — Sean founded SPEAR SPACE with a clear mission: to lead with integrity, build genuine relationships, and create spaces that elevate how people work and live.

Sean’s leadership is grounded in service. Known for his optimism, grit, and bias toward action, he brings energy and clarity to every relationship, encouraging those around him to think boldly and deliver at their best. His strategic mindset and ability to create momentum have earned the trust of some of the fastest-growing companies and most respected leaders in the industry.

Throughout his career, Sean witnessed firsthand the transformative power of culture — and the importance of surrounding yourself with people who bring out your best. At SPEAR SPACE, he is building a company that reflects those values: where character is foundational, creativity is celebrated, and people are empowered to do exceptional work.

Sean is also the host of the SPEAR Podcast, a long-form conversation series with entrepreneurs, operators, and industry leaders. Each episode is designed to spark ideas, share lessons learned, and inspire listeners to pursue excellence personally and professionally. Based in Santa Monica, Sean is an avid runner, hyrox athlete, surfer, and family man.
